Minced Meat Live with Kadence, Then Ohkang

Tonight's show is somethin to think on and enjoy to your fullest. It's great to be able to speak with some of the area's finest artists of a broad range and high calibre.

This episode of Minced Meat was amazing. I spoke with Kadence of the Abolitionists Crew, who has just dropped an EP entitled Samiyam vs. Kadence, set to drop September 17, 2010. If you can't wait for the album to drop, grab it for free in its entirety on July 21st at www.abpojects.com.

Also on the show, Ohkang of The Funtouchables and Blackreign & Ohkang. We chopped it up about his newest release, Classics, an impressive compilation of unpublished older tracks and new songs. Download the whole album for free at www.blackok.bandcamp.com

[Bright] Kadence Interview

Kadence, as he is quite amazing in many ways. He uses his lyrical talents to inform you - the listener - and give you fuel to fight against the ever-imposing powers that take away from natural human evolution, that force people to think that feeling alienated is natural. He makes a lot of sense out of this musical landscape. I wish we'd had time to talk about the concept of "real" on the air, a metaphysical concept that pretends to be manifested in a social group. Well, that's sort of my take on his explanation. Really, everything is subjective anyway, so leave your opinion in the comments.
