Nick Speed on Minced Meat April 26th

Yep, Sunday April 26th, NICK SPEED will be on my radio show Minced Meat to discuss a variety of topics, namely his recent work in the local hip hop community and beyond, as well as the "current state of hip hop" and his increasing involvement in local electronic music as well.

Never heard of him? Some haven't, it's ok. You might be most familiar with his music if you've heard the albums Hot Soup w/ Danny Brown, or Creme De La Creme w/ iLLite. He's also produced for Talib Kweli, Eminem, and was in 9-2-5 Colony with Subterraneous Crew members Magestik Legend and iLLite, and later eLZhi, just to name a few of his projects. He has also worked with Model 500 and lately has been judging beat battles among some of the areas best producers. To say the least, he's a busy man as well as extremely gifted on the MP, just check out Streets of Detroit produced by Nick Speed, Nic Notion Smith made this excellent video.
